The Campus Sustainability Fund would not be possible without institutional support from several University of Washington offices and programs, including:

UW Sustainability

The Sustainability Office promotes sustainability by engaging, connecting, and informing members of the University of Washington community. The UW Sustainability office houses the CSF through advisorial support and office space.

Climate Action Plan (CAP)

The Environmental Stewardship advisory Committee (ESC) formed a committee to draft the CAP in 2009. The CAP calls for the creation of the CSF through Strategy 6.1.5: Establish a Student Green Fee. The CSF is helping the University of Washington establish its CAP goals and fostering student innovation and participation in the process.

Services and Activities Fee (SAF) Committee

The SAF Committee develops an annual recommended budget to the Board of Regents detailing how funds collected from SAF should be spent. The Committee also recommends the fee level for each year. CSF currently receives most of its funding from SAF.
