The UW custodian project, supported by the 2020's Resilience Seed grants, continue to grow and expand. The (in)Visibility photography exhibit is now displayed at the UW Tower during winter quarter: January - March 2022, M-F 6am-6pm. Address: 4333 Brooklyn Ave NE, Seattle, WA 98105
Additionally, project leader Evalynn Romano recently wrote a racial justice focused op-ed for Yes! Magazine. Romano offers solutions for all workplaces to support the wellbeing of custodial workers as well as a photo essay using custodians' photography and stories. Read the op-ed here and view the photo essay here.
